1. Information we collect

• Account & identity: when you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and LinkedIn identifier to verify you as a real operator.
• Reviews & content: the ratings, written reviews, your title and company, and any other content you submit.
• Inquiries: details you enter in contact / "get a quote" forms (name, work email, company, title, message).
• Agency information: business details for listings you claim or manage.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used.

2. How we use information

To operate the directory and verify reviewers; to publish reviews and compute vendor grades; to route inquiries to agencies; to provide and bill Premium subscriptions; to send transactional and (with your consent) marketing email; to maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run Vero, including our database/hosting provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), email provider (Loops), authentication provider (LinkedIn), and infrastructure host (Railway). When you submit an inquiry to an agency, we share your inquiry details with that agency. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Public content

Reviews you submit are intended to be published publicly, along with your name, title, and company. Please don't include information you don't want shown.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies needed to run the Service and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use invasive cross-site ad tracking.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal information (published reviews may be retained in anonymized form to preserve directory integrity).

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@onvero.io.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date.
